Internships

Hybrid Power’s internship program provides valuable hands-on experience that will help develop a strong foundation for when you graduate. An internship at Hybrid Power will allow you to develop skill sets in real time, in a live work environment. Our interns are given meaningful assignments working with seasoned teams in positions such as estimating, scheduling, document control and field inspection. The Hybrid Power environment encourages personal development and career growth, fostering technical, communications and collaboration skill sets. Many of our interns are offered positions after graduation, but even if there isn’t an immediate opportunity, you’ll have the experience of working at one of the largest, most well regarded construction management firms. Our internship schedule is flexible with opportunities in the spring, summer and fall semesters.
